[ TO WORK OR WORKOUT ]

THE MESSY BUN, AND WHY ITS TOTALLY ACCEPTABLE TO ROCK AT WORK

‘the messy top knot’ has pretty much become a thing, planning when to wash your hair to coincide with your workout (cause who wants gorg fresh hair when your about to sweat it out, right?) and also to make yourself look just as good as you feel on a Friday night, or for that important meeting you have been working on. But now, is it totally fine to rock your workout hair all the time?

So what’s this all about? As a sport scientist, I work usually with elite athletes or those trying to get to the top of their game, but when I’m with some amazing clients who just want to be fit and feisty (or just look hot on the beach) one of the most common excuses I hear for skipping workouts in the past is because they don’t have time! Early starts and late nights at work stop them from fitting in their workout…so its become this (freaking amazing) epidemic to workout in your lunch break, go for a run, or better yet if your business is AWESOME (which a lot are catching on) they even have a gym or fitness centre for their staff! Best idea ever? Yeah, I think so too!

 

So there you have it. Just another reason to skip the excuses and smash out a workout. Every. Single. Day.

 

And for those of  you who are for sure going to say to me they need cute hair and a fresh face for work…
