Monday mornings. That is all I need to say.

If you’re like the rest of us on a Monday, the last thing you want to be doing is getting out of bed for work let alone a workout.

So, if your sheets have accepted you as one of their own and you’re not going anywhere fast, here’s a workout that you can do in bed, literally.

1// 15 crunches – yep do this in bed, told you you’re not going anywhere!

2// 40 reps; bicycle – lie on your back with your legs in the air and move for legs in a circular motion as though you were riding a bike.

3// 10 decline push ups – putting your feet up on the edge of the bed for this one (okay, so you’re out of bed, but there is still contact being made!)

4// 10 dips – grab your desk chair to hold on to and put your feet up on the bed (sorry, but you were pretty much out of bed already)

5// 15 jump squats to get your heart pumping and elevate your metabolism for the day (suck it up, you are well and truly up now)

 Now,

Dress up. Show up & Never give up.
