Okay, i don’t want anyone to panic, but, it’s not officially March!

How are all those New Years resolutions going?

If you are like many of us and have deemed January…and February…both trial months; make March your time to shine!

It’s technically no longer Summer, so i guess it’s time to start working on your Summer bod, right?

(i know, i know, it’s a never ending cycle)

Here’s my quick tips

HIIT TRAINING

High Intensity Interval Training; i love 7 minute intervals of pretty much anything that gets your heart pumping! here’s what we’re taking about…

A.M. WORKOUTS

Workout before your body knows what its doing! it will help you burn more calories throughout the day, jump start your metabolism and get you awake and ready for whatever the day brings!

FOOD, FOOD AND MORE FOOD!

Sounds kinda amazing, but really weird, right?

Eating every two hours keeps your metabolism going throughout the day, and stops that 3p.m. “Oh shit, I’m hungry…let’s just eat whatever i can get my hands on” thought!

So there you have it, 3 simple tips to make March your best yet!
